NRN Authorised Repairer Certificates 2026–2027

The National Repairer Network (NRN) has issued its Certificate of Membership for the 2026–2027 membership year to authorised repairer members across Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea.

Our Certificate of Membership recognises businesses that are current members of the National Repairer Network Authorised Repairer Network and confirms their approved manufacturer authorisations.

For the 2026–2027 membership period, authorised repairers may be recognised for specific manufacturer authorisations, including OEM service and parts support, depending on the manufacturers and equipment they are authorised to support.

The National Repairer Network connects equipment manufacturers, owners and operators with an established network of authorised repairers, providing access to professional after-sales support, servicing, repairs, technical assistance and genuine OEM parts.

Recognising Our Authorised Repairer Members

The annual Certificate of Membership provides customers with a clear indication that a business is a current member of the National Repairer Network and is recognised for the manufacturer authorisations shown on its individual certificate.

Each certificate identifies the authorised repairer, the applicable manufacturer authorisations and the period for which the membership is valid.

The 2026–2027 certificates are valid from 1 July 2026 through to 30 June 2027.

The National Repairer Network is proud to support its growing network of authorised repairers and the manufacturers they represent, helping provide dependable OEM after-sales support across Australia, New Zealand and PNG.

Congratulations to all National Repairer Network authorised repairer members for the 2026–2027 membership year.

Building a Stronger National Service Network

Built on decades of industry experience, the National Repairer Network (NRN) connects manufacturers, fleet operators and workshop owners with trusted repair organisations capable of delivering professional after-sales service, technical support, inspections, maintenance, breakdown response and genuine OEM parts support across Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea.

A Smarter After-Sales Solution for Manufacturers

Unlike traditional service models, the NRN enables manufacturers to establish a national after-sales presence without the significant cost of developing and managing their own service infrastructure.

By partnering with carefully selected independent specialists, OEMs can provide customers with responsive local support while maintaining consistent service standards across the region.

A Network You Can Trust

Every NRN member is selected for their technical capability, industry reputation and commitment to professional workmanship. Members operate under a common Code of Conduct and are supported through ongoing technical information, product training and collaboration throughout the network.

Growing Stronger in 2026–2027

As part of the 2026–2027 membership renewal program, the network is expanding its resources, strengthening member standards and introducing new initiatives designed to improve communication, technical support and customer service across Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea.

Supporting the Future of OEM Partnerships

The National Repairer Network is experiencing growing interest from manufacturers seeking a trusted national partner for OEM after-sales support.

Future partnerships will be carefully considered to complement existing member capabilities, avoid conflicts of interest and continue strengthening the reputation and integrity of the network.

What You’ll Find on the New Website

The National Repairer Network website will continue to evolve, providing valuable resources for manufacturers, members and customers, including:

  • An interactive map of Authorised Repairers.
